When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include:

• Your tattoo idea, preferred style, placement, approximate size, and reference photos.
• Your preferred appointment month or dates, availability, and other information about your request.
• Messages exchanged with the studio and details needed to discuss a quote or arrange an appointment.

Please do not include medical records, identification documents, payment card details, or other sensitive information in an advertising lead form or initial email inquiry. Any information needed later for an appointment is requested separately.

Facebook and Instagram inquiries

If you submit one of our Facebook or Instagram instant forms, Meta provides us with the contact information and answers you submit. We use that information to respond to your tattoo inquiry, discuss the promotion you asked about, and help arrange a consultation or appointment.

For example, the Nashville LUXX TATTOO25 inquiry form may ask for your name, email, phone number, tattoo interests, and preferred timing. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an appointment or require you to purchase a tattoo.

Meta also handles information under its own Privacy Policy. This policy describes our handling of the information we receive; it does not replace Meta’s policy.
